I recently moved to Massachusetts. While purchasing a new vehicle, my husband had suggested that we check out A&P and specifically connect with Irene. He is from MA and has a few connections that have worked with her any are happy with their relationship with A&P. I am a creature of habit and was not looking forward to checking out new insurance groups... But my husband has great taste and I knew that I should check A&P out. Irene was very responsive. She was engaged and present. She made every interaction feel personal rather than transactional. I(We) feel that she welcomed and valued our questions and concerns. Irene is fantastic. I switched my home owners policy from FB insure and saved over $1,000. I forwarded the policy to Irene for review and within a few hrs she had a policy with a huge savings for me.
