Susan was very Helpful Indeed. Switching Insurance Companies was very easy and understanding with her Help. Never goes to this guy especially if you have young kids. He won’t give a quote for young drivers .Also if you have other vehicles and properties he will only give you insurance all or nothing “here we want all or nothing “.

There was no attitude at all, you just don’t like the truth. I spoke to you with respect and right. You’re just upset because I didn’t give you business of my 4 vehicles and my mortgage. My decision not yours. I am insured just looking around for better prices. Have a good day because I will .!

Update. Tried to give Jim another chance and switch my car insurance to him this year. They Mailed out the cancellation form to my old agent instead of faxing like every other company does. Due to that fact payments were made on my old policies as well as my new ones. Should have taken my own advice. FIND A NEW AGENT !!!!!

Zero stars if I could give it but I can’t. Jim did not set up my insurance payment correctly with my insurance company so when my home owners policy was due the company withdrew the payment from my bank account and not from my mortgage company. When it was brought to Jim’s attention it took over a month for the issue to be fixed with no help from Jim. They eventually stopped taking my calls or calling me back. I had to block my number when calling in order for them to pick up, and then Jim was always with a customer and never returned my call. FIND ANOTHER AGENT. .

Had a tight deadline to secure insurance for a new home purchase. Walked up to Viera Ins in the middle of a snow storm after the business had closed early for the day. Knocked on the door a few times and Jim came out from the back, took care of everything in less than 24hrs and helped me land the house. I also get thru on the phone everytime I call and have always thought they were professional and friendly.
