Ryan was so helpful not only getting a fair settlement from our insurance company but giving us good advice on our long journey of rebuilding our home. We were really overwhelmed and got help with inventorying our damage, being our advocate with the insurance company , advice on record keeping and even helped set up our temporary housing. Always got back to us right away with our numerous questions. Would 100% recommend.

OK, a tree falls on your parents' house, what do you do? Google search "what do I do when a tree falls on a house?" That is how I found Coastwise Adjusters and Building Consultants! Who knew there was a business out there who could take away all your worries and the hassle of dealing with your insurance company! I made a simple phone call and they met with me immediately and called a tree removal service to meet with me also.
Then things just started getting done!
Derek was our Adjuster and he was extremely thorough in evaluating the damage and corresponding with the insurance adjuster, always responding when I had questions and got us an amazing settlement of over $35,000. We had the money to repair my parents deck and house in only a few months. Coastwise was well worth their fee, I know we never would have received as much for repairs if I were dealing with the insurance company on my own. Thank you Coastwise!

How lucky our family was to deal with Ryan Moore at Coastwise!

Imagine a situation where you do everything wrong, but still end up with a truly, family-friendly deal. That's what Ryan did for us. My fiancee and I are first-time homebuyers and when our house was riddled with water damage we had no idea which steps to take.

With a friend's recommendation we were introduced to Ryan and he got right to work. He was great with communication, was professional with every home visit and was timely with everything. He fought for us tooth and nail, which was a comforting feeling. We never felt like we weren't getting his (or, they Company's) best effort.

Ryan overdelivered! We didn't know what to expect or what we would receive, but the number helped make us whole for the damage we incurred.

Completely unbelievably unprofessional! Should not be in the business looked at my property months ago, telling us there was no mold two months later the insurance company had other companies come out and moved me out of my property because of black toxic mold everywhere. Nothing but positive reviews here, a bit questionable! Without a doubt!

This company is amazing!!!! The adjusters are very knowledgeable and look out for the homeowner not the other way around. Derrick Ashworth in especially took all the worries and headaches associated with a catastrophic event like hurricane Ian that hit my Cape Coral fl home. Very timely and always answered all my questions. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY 100000%!!!!!
