I called them for a week now to get a quote on acquiring a new vehicle . My wife also sent numerous emails. The receptionist who couldn’t spell or hold an intelligent conversation said that how insurance works is you call and within a month someone will call back. Horrible service and I don’t think they are reputable or even legitimate

I would not recommend this agency. I dealt with this office since 2021 and it was the worst. I called to have rental added to my policy 3 months ago and when I got into a car accident I found out rental was never added. When changes were made to my policy I was not aware. I called the office to ask why and said they will contact me and I never got call back that I have to call several more times. I would not recommend do not waste your time.

Hi i am a hot mess, and call this group of people often. Jen, Evelyn, Ashley I shouldn't know my insurance company workers by name but I do. I have 2 cars and a trailer insured by SafeCo through Colburn. They're very prompt and responsive.

I recently had an extremely stressful situation I wouldn’t wish on anyone. My car was TOTALED!!!!! BY RODENTS!!!! Colburn group (JEN DEMELLO especially) was there every step of the way making it so much more bearable! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for insurance, and I have recommended numerous people to them!!
