Cancels appointment I scheduled a week ago last minute on my way to view an apartment. I hate being that guy to leave a bad review as I own my own business and understand things happen , but a call, a email, hell a smoke signal would have been nice. Also their answering machine doesn’t make it any easier as you can’t speak with anyone it is all automated.

This is tenant Norma and had a fantastic experience with Jeff Murray. Just saw him in the parking lot and asked if he could take a look at my closet door. He was so kind and willing to take a look at it and continued on to just fix it. Took it off the wall and repaired it in no time. He was a fantastic young man and wonderful to see such a great attitude on someone. I have been living here for 31 years and it's the first time that somebody has fixed it in a snap.You should be happy to have someone like Jeff Murray on your team.i was very impressed overall. Mike is great! We recommend him greatly!!!! he's fast efficient and gets things done. He came and did the walk through, and by the next day, it was complete. I was so happy with the new shower, (which is amazing) My outlets were working (which everyone knows when you have certain outlets not working it's frustrating) we couldn't be happier ! Hello everyone. I hope everyone has had an amazing holiday. I am here to review FRPM LANDLORD: jose pachon. I am a current tenant for 6+ years. I really didn't want to bring this issues here. I need others to know though what you are going to be up against when dealing with FRPM Theres so much that has happened in the time I've been here. I have tried everything to move as of few years ago. Covid hitting made things difficult and also there is a lot wrong with the apartment. Im a single mother of one child. The apartment has been infested with mice for years. They do the bare minimum top control the issue. I have health issues as well and the landlord jose knew that there was a mouse problem here. There are a could maintenance men 2! That do their job mike is one of them. Three other maintenance ment have come in my apartment many times unannounced too the point i had to go to the police twice. The mouse and black mold issue were bad to where i had to call my worker and inspector needed to come by. I have been ill more since ive been here Jose does not care if you have kids. He will raise your rent especially if you and him werent on good terms before.so vidictive and a greedy person. He keeps raising my rent since last couple years. The apartment is not worth the money he is demanding. He raised my rent in november before christmas and my childs birthday. So this years i couldnt even buy a tree. I dont get food stamps and im going to lose my health insurance because ive had to work more to meet his demands. . I spend less time with my son and that really kills me the most. I don't care about gifts but i do love my child very much and want to at least be able to spend more time with him. I'm also in school fulltime working towards my bachelors degree .also he only raised my rent in the building when i spoke to a couple of my neighbors one of them that moved in i know personally. They said he didnt raise theres. So he is def doing it out of spite. Also the apartment has a very awful mouse problem. Maintenance say they will be back and i don't see them for months. I should be reporting that but i try to give chances but going forward i will not keep quiet and be afraid too speak up. Jose also lied and said he had no idea about a mouse problem for years even though i have emails of those conversations. He has other properties and when i ask to transfer he ignores the question. He ignores you're concerns when it's something he doesnt want too answer. Thank to him i can't throw my son even a small birthday party in january. The extra money i want to save to move he also is taking and raising my rent. I will try to use my taxes this year but Last few years i tried but things kept happening like losing my car , covid, me getting ill and trying to get transportation to a job. My mental and physical health bring here has been declining so much too the point i feel hopeless. I feel I'll never get out of this awful place to a new aprtment. I pray to god i find something this next months coming up. Jose may evict me after this but i am at a point where i do not care anymore. He took away a lot from me and my child. I would go to a shelter if i have to with my 9 year old child. Please even if the apartment looks nice do not rent from him. He only cares about money andif you get on his bad side good luck. I will not be afraid though anymore to speak up. Thank you if anything i will pray for him because it seems that is what he could use maybe he will realise that what hes doing is wrong.
