The service was excellent from start to finish. I called and was very nervous for this year tax since it was my first time doing my tax with my new business. The receptionist had great customer services. I was told that I was going to get a call back on specific day and they delivered, instructing me exactly what I needed to bring to the appointment. On the day of my tax appointment, Kyle was very helpful, reducing my nerves and answering my questions. I thought that the appointment was going to take over hour, but it was less than 30 minutes. Thank you very much Falcon's Financial and Tax Services for your help. I recommend this business 100%. I'll sure return next year.

Had my taxes done here, absolutely expensive for no reason. 175$ for one W2. Then they say they would call me when it was time to pick up my return, a month and a half goes by, and no phone call. So I decide to call them and then they're like, oh yes, they're ready to be picked up. The only good thing I can say was that the staff was friendly and helpful, but I won't be returning next year.

I’ve been coming here to do my taxes since 2017. Never had a problem until this year. I’ve always worked with Michael and/or Michael Jr but this year I was scheduled with a different preparer by the name Kyle. When I pay $100 anywhere for any kind of service I expect my documents especially my taxes to be dealt with in a respectable and timely manner in retrospect to my time, money and identity because as far as I’m concerned I was fully prepared with all necessary documents and even when they asked for more documents I went on and drove almost half an hour away to show them a paper I had with me the first time. To which I have to go again. I’m waiting on half of my tax return going into may because of insufficient documents. Without any notice I’m waiting on my taxes and I’ve had no effective communication from the tax preparer never mind a heads up or a warning about my status. This year has been the most frustrating. I’ve never had an issue and it just doesn’t feel right.
