Upon receipt of a renewal notice from our then current car insurance provider I began looking for another insurance company as the invoice reflected a significant increase despite having been a customer for about 20 years.

My on-line search created for a frustrating experience especially as the "good" published rates I found suddenly became quite unacceptable after speaking to the respective company agents. As the expiration date of our car insurance drew closer, a sense of desperation and admittedly, panic about having to pay the new premium, began to set in. However, just a few days before that date, I was talking with a friend about all this and she urged me to contact Russ Emerick.

Upon explaining things to Russ, he immediately convinced me that despite being at the proverbial 11th hour, I could take a breath and rest in that he would not only start working on our insurance needs right away but assured me he could find acceptable rates with a reliable company.

Russ was true to his word and came through on both accounts. Not only were the rates acceptable, Russ spent time to make sure we had the right coverage but that we were not "over-covered". He also provided sound advice in regard to some poor decisions I was considering when initially trying to get the insurance on my own.

After getting all this wrapped up, Russ committed to calling me to revisit our needs when this new policy is up for renewal and to continue to do so as future renewals come up.

Our mutual friend who told me to contact Russ described him as not only being a consummate professional, but a person of high integrity. I found both descriptions to be more than accurate. In a day & age where it is rare to find people whose "word is their bond", whose handshake is worth more than a written agreement, I am grateful to have been introduced to Russ Emerick.
