DO NOT GO HERE !!!!
The guy and lady inside of this office are both ignorant, arrogant people, and after reading all the reviews I knew I shouldn’t of came here, but I did anyways, and when I get back here to sign the papers the me and jumps up out of his chair when I ask one question and pull the papers out of my hands and tells me to go somewhere else so of course I said I am gonna go somewhere else because there’s no way I’m getting that small amount back in taxes and for claiming my child … And when I said wow, you’re a very rude man. He laughed and said I know I am. DONT GO HERE

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Extremely unprofessional. Upon my first visit i was asked to leave my paperwork with him for him to look at after hours because he was to busy and had other appointments coming. I left my paperwork and never heard from him. A week later I called for an update and was asked to come in for a signature. When I went in to sign I asked if any of my taxes were applied twords next years bill, his wife did not know the answer and he was frustrated that I asked a question while he was with other clients, even though we had not discussed my taxes at all and he was asking me to sign so he could submit them. He gave me my money and all my tax paperwork back when I was only asking to discuss my taxes at a later date when he had time. He was very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend any friends or family to go here.

I used to use him for years and he was great. Not sure what happened but I have two children and one year he said I was only able to receive 2k back.. he argued with me about why which made no sense at all. I think he was trying to take money rather than give me correct amount because when I filed with someone else that year I received WAY more back than he said I was going to get. I no longer go to him for that reason. One word FRAUD.

I was referred to by a friend who is a contractor, I explained over the phone to Silvia’s tax return I was an independent contractor and I was looking to do my taxes for the 2021 YEAR and booked my appointment. I had all my information ready, all my documents and receipts ready. ( 4- 1099’s & roughly 75 receipts ). When I showed up to my appt he checked my paperwork and documents. He said he does not do book keeping this late and there’s nothing he can do for me. This is my first year going to a professional and I explained that, after getting ridiculed and given a very disrespectful response of “ go home and do it yourself on turbo tax, I don’t care “ that’s when I knew he was very unprofessional and people should be aware. He should be helping business owners who actually want to pay their taxes , guide them and offer help where he can. I wouldn’t have minded waiting, and I don’t mind paying. Never offered to set up further appointments or to help further more. I went home, did my taxes on turbo tax and it said SILVAS TAXES SUCK

Please be carful what you sign:

Tony has been doing my taxes for years. I relied on him to give me the correct information only to now find out he does not submit all information to the IRS, you need to follow up and submit your own tax information? For $90 you would expect him to handle all paperwork and submit all documents. But he has you sign paperwork handed to you by his assistant while he continues to ask you questions. One page I signed said I had to follow up with IRS, por que? Turbo Tax offers the same service for less money.

I will never utilize his services again. My sisters, cousins and brother in-law have all decided to go with a different tax preparer and I was the only one who stayed. Everyone who has left have received more money back than me. I received a refund for $700....$600 is deducted per check, so I got robbed by the government and was not protected by my tax preparer.

Find someone who knows how to get you the money you deserve and won't have the IRS coming after you.

Yesterday (12.07.2018) I visited Mr. Silva’s Office looking for information about my 2018 Income Tax preparation. And again, I left his office completely satisfied, if I can simplify, for two reasons: 1) the professional and direct response to all my questions and 2) for his friendly welcome making me feel comfortable and confident that he is carefully doing the right thing. Actually, it has been this way for the last fourteen years and I definitively could not be happier!
I would like to express my gratitude to Mr and Mrs Silva for taking care of my Tax obligation during my time here in United States of America serving the Brazilian Community as a Catholic Priest and I hope it continues for many, many years!

I've been coming to tony and his wife for years for as long as I've been paying taxes my fiance and I have been disappointed with him the last few years but this year we have had it with him he had a nasty attitude he always explains things with stories that make no sense my fiance called because she had a question and the secretary answered and she had an attitude said she would have tony call her well its been over a month and still no call back with the amount of money he charged us you figured he would have the courtesy to call back but were just going to leave it alone and be done with tony completely we should have stopped going to him after the rest of my family stopped if you go to him just make sure you pay attention as for me this was the last year he touches my family's taxes.
