Ed and the Equity Resources team were excellent to work with for our last refinancing. We hadn't refinanced in a long-time, and while we kept up with the news about rates, Ed and team were incredibly helpful in helping us understand market conditions, the refinance process, when to lock-in the rates, and prepping to close.

The team was highly responsive and proactive during the application, underwriting, and closing process, asking for documents well ahead of time to avoid last minute hassles, and providing updates along the way, even before I asked.
Even after the close, there was a problem with the first payment, and Ed jumped in and was helping to solve the problem. Super responsive and attentive to his clients.

Our experience was great, and we'd happily work with Ed and team on the next mortgage, and would definitely recommend him to others considering a refinance or new mortgage.
