Matt Lauzon did a fantastic job when we needed assistance with our insurance claim. Matthew Lauzon is hands down the best in the business five stars Bravo. Our roof leaked and rain was coming down in all of our bedrooms. Best decision I ever made was to call him he had the right connection and is beyond educated in insurance policies. He had our roof tarped immediately to not allow any more rain to come in the house he had the right company there right away for demolition and they put machines to dry up everything he dealt with the Insurance the whole time we got paid so fast and now we have enough to redo our whole roof and everything inside he literally is the best. I cannot say enough about my experience working with Matt Lauzon. From the very start he made a very bad experience into the one of the best experiences I have gone through from an insurance perspective. Matthew is fantastic! We had a pipe explode and our clean up service recommended him to help negotiate and expedite our insurance claim. He responded quickly and walked us through the entire process. Having him as our private adjuster was the best decision we made. Not only was the claim handled flawlessly, he was able to work out a very generous settlement for our home damage. Subsequently, we had another unrelated claim the summer and his work was OUTSTANDING! We highly recommend working with Matt and his team. Terrific experience with Matt. Throughout the rebuilding process of my kitchen due to a neighbor's leak, Matt was able to assist me throughout the entire claims process helping me achieve the most amount out of my claim. Matt was extremely meticulous, attentive, presented with a warm / caring personality, and was extremely reliable throughout the entire process as he always made me feel comfortable with any questions I had.
