I have Banked there since the 1980s. I have had excellent service every single time. It's wonderful to have the drive-thru when you need it and easy access with the drive up ATM. What a nice addition. It's a pleasure both going into the bank and banking at the drive-thru. You will always be greeted professionally and with a smile. cannot not ask for more than that. Keep up the good work.

Called multiple branches multiple times every time couldn't speak to a real person and the selection to bring you to a real person 0, only repeats the automated message. Worse no way to contact them without going in person because of their website and app update. Terrible customer service and big screw up on the app with the update to the point that you'll be locked out of your account and can't access your bank info. Going to the bank very shortly this isn't the first time we've had issues and highly considering changing banks and wouldn't recommend this entire chain to anymore.
