We've been with WCU for over twenty years and any issues we've had were worked out quickly. Customer service is friendly and prompt (they offer call back if wait is long). Since online banking was upgraded, we haven't used an ATM - in years. Not too mention they have extremely competitive rates on saving and mortgage.

I went to the Fitchburg branch of Worker’s Credit Union today with a very complicated banking issue. Gabriel Rodriguez (the assistant branch manager) went above and beyond to find a way to fix the issue!! He was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful!! It is so rare to get such an incredible customer service experience and I’m so thankful I bank with a small community bank like Workers!!

YEAH OK...Try SWITCHING YOUR CAR PLATES FROM ONE STATE TO ANOTHER if you have a loan with these CLOWNS.
TWO MONTHS I've been trying to get a CERTIFIED copy of my title. TWO MONTHS. They've sent the DMV THREE copies of an UNCERTIFIED title. They can't figure the difference. NOW I'VE JUST BEEN TOLD THAT IT'S GOING TO BE ANOTHER WEEK OR TWO BEFORE THEY CAN FAX IT TO THE DMV.... INCOMPETENCE INCOMPETENCE INCOMPETENCE!!

They keep closing branches, they also pulled out there ATM in Walmart in Leominster, leaving just 1 ATM at Leominster Hospital. Two Cities side by side have One Bank however Townsend and Groton as well as Lunenburg have more than Leominster and Fitchburg. Haven't order any checks when I'm out I will leave this bank 8 checks and counting.

Used to be very good. Still waiting over an hour to order another debit card. Fraud department is a joke. Can hardly understand the customer service representative. Outsourced. Update, after finally getting a call back, because my new address was wrong, I have to wait thirty days before they can mail me a new debit card. That is ridiculous. I will be changing banks as soon as this fiasco is done.

I have tried for a week now to get a loan after paying my RV loan off with no late payments and a little bit early. For a week now I have submitted Paperwork in Duplicate at least. I Three sources of income, a pension , Social Security, and a yearly work out of $48,000. I sent a cover letter with this statement. They denied me the long stating I didn’t have enough income. The only use my pension is income, they did not count in the other $70,000 a year. I’ve started Refile again. I can’t believe you people operate this way. But of course I’m 72 in a couple of months and maybe I am a victim of age discrimination beware people don’t waste your time with this company, especially if you’re a senior.
