First the drive from my home was a very enjoyable and relaxing drive. The root was not highways it was the most direct route but was more back roads and through a town, a bit of sightseeing. Upon arrival we quickly realized there is no parking except a long the side of the road. There was an employee outside who recommended we park on The right side of the road which is the side JMAC is located on. He stated there is a high chance of getting hit if parking on the left side. You enter and walk up to a little hut, they only see customers buy appointment. Which makes the very small customer service atmosphere, building convenient. The employee with the initials SL took care of me and he was absolutely amazing. SL was happy to answer my questions very friendly and efficient and we had a little chat and a laugh as well. I'm unsure of why there are bad reviews this was nothing but a very professional a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

There are a lot of bad reviews, but I had no issues. It was easy to make an appointment online and the next morning they confirmed my appointment by text and email. Upon arriving, all the employees were in the lot moving cars around so I had to wait maybe 10 min to be helped. Their only office is a little wooden shack type deal so we did have to wait outside in the cold. Once we were helped I just had to show my ID, sign off on things, and they retrieved my car for me from the lot and I was on my way.

These people are devil! They make it complicated for you to even make an appointment. But were quick to snatch my car when it was after hours. Then want to charge you to take your own things out of your car. I pray this company goes bankrupt for robbing others.

Very bad company from the moment they pick up your vehicle, they are THIEVES. You cannot leave anything in the car because they will steal it. Everything they give you is practically garbage, which is of no use to them... they need a little humanity, empathy and respect for other people's property.

02351 He almost attacked me even though my wife was pregnant, I'm sure it was because we were immigrants.
I paid over a thousand dollars to be mistreated as if I was there asking for something for free.

Even tho I put my self in this situation I would say my experience was great very friendly professional and respectful. Let me clean my truck out at 2am well I was in my boxers even offered to let me get dressed . I then forgot my Wallet and when I went to get it at there yard they treated me great! Showed me where my truck was and I got my wallet ! Luckily I was able to scrap together some change and get my truck back a week later! Office girl sounded cute might let it happen again

ZERO STARS. This company is a COMPLETE JOKE. I paid to have my car released with my bank. my bank sent a document to ALSR Holdings whom JMAC is contracted through. ALSR sent JMAC the release of my car so it would NOT GO TO AUCTION. Keep in mind my car was just taken on 12/17/2024 and i paid everything today for it to be released on 12/18/2024. JMAC has told me that my car is already set to go to auction on 12/20/24 and they still havnt received the release. The women i spoke with at JMAC the first time said it takes them 2-4 HOURS to get emails from ALSR Holdings and to call them to resend it. I call ASLR instantly and the man i spoke with told me that JMAC should have NEVER put my car down to be sent for auction since it was just taken last night and that he will send another release for my vehicle. I call JMAC back instantly after ASLR told me too and that they should have it and to look in their " Resolve Beyond Portal" to find it. So while on the phone with JMAC after telling them what ASLR did. I got told that ASLR had to call them to schedule the release of my car. Then to call them back in another 20 mins to see if they have the release. Im gonna lose my car to auction after paying to have it released cause of JMACs terrible terrible system. I couldnt even use their ONLINE schedule tool cause it said my VIN was unavailable and had to call in to resolve my issue. Since calling in ive had nothing but trouble and being told to play phone tag cause JMAC doesnt want to take responsibility

I don't know why the bad reviews but to me and my wife personally all was easy, you go online make an appointment, and get your car we didn't have any missing stuff or damage to car
