We were informed that our cards were to expire and new ones would be issued with the re branding.

I called the main office to voice my concern as I just moved. The agent at the time was very nice and set everything up for me.

We are now almost 2 WEEKS after the cards weee shut off and I still have not received my new one. I have not had access to my debit card for 14 days almost.

This was also after my card was shut off earlier this year because the numbers were “linked to fraudulent cards” and it didn’t know until I had to call and ask why I couldn’t pay for anything

That is unacceptable. I don’t know what happened after the rebranding, but this bank is horrible now. I’ve never had any issues prior to the rebrand. It’s unbearable now.

Update: even after confirming my address change and new information, I have yet to receive my debit card. It has now been 16 days with no access to my account or funds.

Edit 2: it’s now April 4. 2025. I STILL have not received a card from you.

When I called today I was ready to close my account, but Jelitza went above and beyond to ensure I had a successful and pleasant experience.

I was beyond impressed with her patience with me as she guided me step by step to ensure all my needed notifications were enabled.

I appreciate her demeanor and she swayed me not to cancel my account. 🙂

I worked with Amber at the main office on a home equity loan. She was amazing to work with and the turnaround time for the equity was very fast. She kept me informed with daily updates and was very professional. I was even able to grab a coffee after closing the loan since she was so efficient!!

I had a better chance with the banks verse LCU, I had my car for about a year and a half fell on hard times financially do to reoccurring health issues along with housing, Federal and State problems. They acted like they gave me a deferred payment but I paid a partial and then the following month which did not help because that payment could have been deferred by 2 months and put to the back of my loan.but now I keep getting threatened with repo for being 2 months behind and no breathing room for them to work with me.

Better customer service than expected. I originally left a 1 star review due to an issue I couldn't get resolved. Luckily they reached out to me and were able to resolve it. I really appreciate how they handled the issue and have since taken care of it. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.
