They have managed our home, auto and umbrella policies for many years and are such a please to work with! They have outstanding service and their team of experts go out of their way to make sure we have the best coverage possible based on our needs. We have thrown everything at them; new pool, cars, fender benders and a new driver in the family and they made every issues stress free. If a cheaper & better coverage becomes available, they will let us know! They have earned our trust and we highly recommend them.

I can’t give zero stars unfortunately. An employee completely dropped the ball after we had an accident. Never got back to us, no guidance as to next steps so we proceeded with the work. Now they tried to foist the claim application etc onto us when that’s what they get paid to do. During a call in which I was expressing my displeasure in their handling of the situation the employee said to me and Charlie Nikopoulos, (the owner who was on the call) “Oh yeah I didn’t get something right. I’ve only done this for thirty five years!” As a person with almost 50 years of customer service experience, I know the first rule is to never, ever, take on a smart-mouthed attitude with an upset customer. Very bad taste in my mouth from this experience. Will not recommend.

Charlie and his team are so thorough, they went through my company's insurance binder and helped us to see what is best for us - where we can save money and how we can reduce the risk we have in our current insurance portfolio. We had a consultation meeting with Charlie and Kim regarding our insurance needs- home, life and auto insurances. The folks at Nikopoulos Insurance are a class apart. Not only did they take to do the necessary research, they also gave us constructive feedback and recommendations of how to optimize our current policies. To be clear they did not charge us a penny for all the time they spent doing this. Thank you Kim, Charlie and the whole team at Nickopoulos Insurance.
