I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Treylani and Rick at Farmers Insurance! Their professionalism and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands. They are always quick to respond to questions and go above and beyond to make sure I’m covered. I feel like they genuinely care about their clients, which is rare these days.

I switched to Farmers about eight months ago, and the price is reasonable compared to other carriers. However, getting started and the service overall have not been as great. When I first signed up, I worked with Treylani. At the beginning, he was nice enough, but the minute I had questions, he became rude and dismissive. He signed me up very quickly and was not clear in communicating what policy I had or what the coverage included, making the experience confusing and frustrating. When I asked clarifying questions, he acted annoyed and rude, which I have texts to prove it. Adding to the frustration was the fact that it took several weeks to receive my policy documents. I was also sent other people’s documents by email (and I still receive them regularly). On top of that, I ended up with renters insurance, which I had no idea I was being signed up for. I understand it may be part of a bundle for a discount, but I should have been made aware of what I was being signed up for. Originally, I wasn’t going to post a review, but today I received an email from Treylani asking if anyone “had the time or a great experience with me” to post a review. Which made me want to share my experience. Farmers is alright insurance-wise, and the price did save me some money, but the customer service was horrendous. I now specifically avoid working with Treylani because of his poor customer service. With all this said, I have worked with Richard, Carlos, and many others from this office, and they have all been great. I found the other agents to be very helpful and kind, and the three stars are for them. If I were only rating my interaction with Treylani, it would have been a one-star review.

I never thought it would be so easy. Treylani was fantastic, explained every detail. We live on the ocean and it's very hard to get insurance. Farmers came to our rescue. I would recommend Farmers to all who live by the sea.

I would actually not even give a 1 star rating. Were there zeros I would have given this instead. I called first to say that I was coming to the office since I was trying to get insurance coverage for my cars. I spoke with Richard who was short on the phone, but went on to visit nonetheless. When I got to the office Richard was on a call but he saw me walked in and seemed not to acknowledge my presence. He was the only one in the office so sat. I sat waiting for some time while he continued on the phone having what sounded like a casual conversation. I stood up and ask politely whether he would be assisting me. He seemed upset and told me that he did not want my business. Wow 😮 so much for customer service. I walked out. Would not recommend this office. While Farmers insurance gives good service at this office service was extremely poor.

I came in to obtain an insurance stamp for registration renewal. The only person in the office was Richard. He informed me he could not help me because they are independent offices, and I did not purchase Farmers Insurance from that office. I asked if he had access to a Farmers Insurance database to look up my name and he informed me he could not do that. I went home, called him back, and offered to bring the active policy in with an expiration year of 2025. He insisted he could do nothing for me. Very frustrating experience.
