I switched to Keefe insurance agency this year and so glad I did! Lynne Abucevitch has been extremely helpful and reliable, answering all my questions and emails in a very timely manner. I wanted to share my recent experience with Keefe Insurance. I was involved in a minor fender bender a few weeks ago. The service I received from Keefe insurance, Hanover Insurance and their recommended auto body repair company, Ultra Shine Collision was outstanding. From the moment I called Keefe Insurance my claim seemed like it was the only one they were working on. I received service immediately from the adjuster. I was able to arrange a timely appointment with Ultra Shine and they arranged to have Enterprise Car Rental deliver and pick up my rental car at their location. It was the best experience I have ever had dealing with repairs after an accident. I would highly recommend Keefe Insurance. It's no wonder they've been around for more than 100 years!

Yes, just left the Keefe office in Franklin and I have to say that it was a terrific experienced a tedious matter. Lynne was highly professional and helpful for me answering all my questions in inquiries. I have had all my insurance policies for the house, car, and boat for close to thirty years with them.
