Horrible service if you're looking to cancel and move on to another insurance company. They literally gave me hell because of it (and they still are). Abby, who works at Russell's, is very unprofessional and condescending. I had her speak with my current company to make sure we had a smooth transition, but Abby made rude remarks about said company and asked for impossible documentation from them. They repeatedly asked me for information that I've already provided, and just won't give me my refund that's been 3 months over due. Abby made insulting comments about Arbella being a better company and how my current insurance company is not adequate because they couldn't provide the unreasonable documents. Abby, shame on you and the company keeping you there. Shame on the entire company for allowing this behavior with no consequences.

I have been using John Russell insurance for many years now and they always go above and beyond and I don’t have to worry about a thing and everybody that I speak to here is nothing but real good friendly people. It’s about the service and not who is the cheapest insurance and they are very competitive priced anyways.I won’t ever switch insurance companies. I hope your day is going well,I've been a dedicated customer for a huge amount years,all started with the companies you represent quite affordable,however,something someplace somewhere went wrong with skyrocket rates.
I've got no infractions on my driving record for over (gulp)50plus years and yet my rate is NOT in my favor speaking with coworkers of mine,finding out their agents reach out to them yearly with updates and shopping their customers policies to get them a lower rate......even 20 bucks in a reduction would help.....please keep up the good work

The service and response time from this Insurance Agency is nothing short of top shelf. Our point of contact although there are several is Abby and over just the last 6 months from insuring and antique car to others she has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is right with offering every discount available as well as making sure we are fully covered for unexpected circumstances

I would not recommend this company. They are fine until you decide to go with a more affordable insurance. I recently switched carriers due to a move and my policy increasing $600 a year through them. The proper documentation was sent over to switch and they still did not cancel my policy. So far I've been charged two months already due to their lack of concern on the issue. I called and tried to speak wit the owner last week after multiple promises of call backs from the secretary with no luck. First.. I was told the owner did not have a direct line, then i was told he was not in, then about a minute later he picks up the phone and tells me we do not work for free and hung up. This was part of their job to process the 2A form for the policy cancelation. I do not recommend going here to anyone.
