Do not do business with this agency. I called for homeowners insurance, was given a quote within a few hours that was agreed to verbally and told I would be sent a binder by the end of the business day. It never came. A couple days later I called back to find out where the binder was and was told he was sending it in 15 minutes. It never came, so I called the next day and was told it was being sent out in 15 minutes. Again, I waited all day and received nothing. I called once again to hear 15 minutes and told them that if I didn't receive it in said 15 minutes I was calling another agency. I still didn't receive it. I called back and told them that they could cancel whatever work they did because I was going with an agency that could write a binder in less than a week. 15 minutes after cancelling my business dealings with this Rep, he then sends a binder that took all of 5 minutes to fill out. I once again had to call and tell them they were too late and that I was taking my business to another agency. That's when Paul Shannon got on the phone and asked me what my problem was. I told him exactly what my problem was... taking a week to do 5 minutes worth of work and lying to me daily about me receiving any paperwork. That's when Paul decided to tell me that he wasn't going to drop EVERYTHING to deal with my policy that I was only expected to hold for 6 months until the house was sold. I think the answer to that is apparent... because it's your JOB! Nobody needs to pay someone money to be treated like garbage. Thanks Paul, good luck in the future. Hope this review helps retire early... because work just isn't for you.

Right off the top. This office does not even exist any longer. The person running it never notified customers or anything. Just disappeared all-of-a-sudden. Anyone running into this person in the future should beware of dealing with him. I called the nearest Allstate office and they were unaware of anything and suggested I call the national 800 number. I called them and they had no idea the their "listed" office in N. Attleboro had shut down. Wow.

The agents here have always been incredibly nice and accommodating. I'm not exactly skilled at keeping my paperwork in order, bit anytime I have walked into the office I have received axing personnel service.
