Edith at this location doesn’t know what she’s doing ? she couldn’t even give me a quote without asking her Manager lol cause of my accident I had. This place does not care about you only cares about your money ? They are a disgrace! I got a good deal at AALL Insurance Full coverage instead for 6 months ? they are a headache avoid them if necessary if I could give 0 stars I would ? horrible experience.

They might be cheap rates but when it comes down to using your insurance it’s a pain. I got into a car accident we’re the person rear ended me to the point my car spun around ended hitting a wall. Mind you I have full coverage on my car, the approved me for a car rental. Coming to find out I have to pay for the deposit for the car rental which is 200 dollars plus additional fees. The additional fees are because Fred loya only give the car rental company $30 dollars per day. So anything outside of that your responsible. I just lost my vehicle due to someone else mistake and I have to pay for it…. I’m currently looking for another car insurance company.
