Absolutely sleazy.

I was in a accident on my own fault in 6/26, no one was injured however my car was a total loss. I recently upgraded to 30 day, 3,000 max on rental car coverage reimbursement
State Farm paid until the 7/15. Two weeks is NOT enough time to find another vehicle.

I manage to stay in the rental car until 8/12, however, I was expecting to be reimbursed (PER THE POLICY)

I managed to spend close to $1400 in rental car expenses buying time and SF essentially tells me to piss off. The claims dept is about the same.

These people are worthless and Kim's business deserves to fail if she treats policyholders like this. I've been with her and paid premiums on time for over 5 YEARS!!!!!!!!!

Joanne is amazing!! She has been my agent for several years. She returns all of your calls (usually the same day, not all agents do this). She takes the time to listen to any questions you have and explains what options are available. I have gotten quotes and made changes to my policies with no problems. When I was in a wreck, State Farm took care of everything quickly with no issues. I was impressed at how fast the claim was handled.
