I was referred to NAPLIA and given a phone # to call. On Wednesday I called to get a quote on a commercial liability policy and found out this company had acquired them. I was told by the receptionist that one man Rob Ferrini handled all of the new business and was given his phone# and email and then connected to his phone line. I got an answering machine and left a message. The following day in the am I called his cell and left a message. Later that day I called back the office and was told he was out of the office and wasn't expected back. I asked if someone else could help me and was told ....no. Still no reply of any kind as of the end of the day Friday. What a well oiled machine this company must be..........customer beware.....movin on.
