I have been with Gersh Insurance for over 40 years. They were recommended to me by a friend in High School when I first got my drivers license.
I have always had great service there.

I am writing this review in particular to give Lynn who has worked there for a long time a five star review.
I recently was involved in an accident that totaled my new Jeep and she went the distance battling with the insurance company to get my rental covered as well as a fair replacement value price for my totaled Jeep.

She is a great asset for the company and if I could I would give both her and the company ten stars!

I recently became a proud customer of this great company and I had the pleasure of speaking with Lynn. Lynn, deserves a raise!!! I have worked is customer service my entire life and have NEVER been more pleased to work with such a professional such as she. After damaging my driving record I was unsure if it would be even worth switching insurance.

Lynn took the time to allow me to finish my nightly meal with my family and assured me she would take my call well after business hours. More kuddos to Lynn!! I called to make my payment for the first time and it was a breeze. Further into our conversation, Lynn went above and beyond. Not only staying professional, Lynn goes above and beyond all expectations. Our conversations are delightfully uplifting, and after talking about family, somehow Lynn managed to find and schedule my vaccination appointment. I can’t remember the last time anyone in customer service that provided assistance in something other than what is expected. Hat is off to you Lynn!!

Lynn is a professional that goes above and beyond what any other insurance agent would ever do. We have been with Gersh insurance for over 20 years but we have stayed with Gersh because of Lynn. Lynn has made every transaction seamless. Just yesterday she called the insurance company that had been giving me the run around about a rental for an accident that was not our fault. Lynn got the supervisor on the phone and then had him conference call me and with in 2 minutes of hanging up the phone Enterprise was calling me saying they had a "VIP" reservation and what vehicle would I like and when do I want it. Lynn not only represents her company with respect and professionalism she a wonderful person that after all these years I am happy to call my friend. I would trust no one else with my insurance policies and we will follow her anywhere.
