I had the pleasure of working with Andrew Rubenstein during the recent sale of my house, and I can confidently say that he is one of the best real estate attorneys out there. From start to finish, Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and always had our best interest in mind. Andrew took the time to answer all of our questions and address any concerns, which made the entire process much smoother and less stressful. He was always prompt in responding to calls and emails, and he kept us informed every step of the way. In addition to his exceptional communication skills, Andrew's attention to detail and thoroughness were impressive. I cannot recommend attorney Andrew Rubenstein enough. Attorney Rubenstein was patient, thorough and responsive throughout the entire process. Since it was the first time I'd sold an investment property I needed to understand some nuances to the process and he helped me understand them clearly without making me feel like I was asking dumb questions.
