My family has been using L S Jack for three generations for a reason. These guys make the insurance process easy! They are always there when you need them, and the customer service is impeccable. I would not trust anyone else with my insurance needs. Highly recommend! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Everyone at LS Jack is amazingly friendly and helpful. They are always looking out for our best interests. They helped us get our insurance reinstated when we weren’t renewed for reasons outside of our control. They also advised us to put our son on our auto policy ahead of the legal deadline to get accident forgiveness… he had an accident days later… this saved us a bunch of money. Great people. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I switched to LS Jack Insurance about a year and a half ago for my auto policy. I have had to make a couple of changes to my policy multiple times and they’ve always been there for support. Good rates, very personable and can handle all my needs in house which is invaluable for my lifestyle. Switching from a large insurance agency I have really grown to appreciate never having to experience LS Jack hold music!

The customer service is more than I could ever ask for, the guys down at L.S. Jack are reliable, efficient, and make insurance very easy. I will never switch if I don’t have to. My colleague recommended Jack's insurance agency since he was happy with discount, which he received over years. Mean time, I was looking for my first insurance provider. Agency offer was reasonable, and I am happy with Jack's service. He communicated openly, honestly and I appreciate it. It is been 4 years, and don't have idea about switching insurance.

I have been doing business with L.S. Jack since I got my first car 56 years ago. Obviously, I would not still be with them if I wasn't completely satisfied. Fortunately, over the years I have had to make very few claims on either my car or house policies. When I have had to make claims, they have always been handled efficiently and with the customer's best interests in mind, not the insurance company's.

I have never been disappointed with the L.S. Jack Insurance Agency. I feel we have been fortunate to have had the L.S. Jack insurance agency for more than 50 years now. We receive mailings from other insurance agencies in our area, like everyone else, but if we changed for what the reason, we would give up the benefits of a great customer oriented business. We think of L. S. Jack insurance as part of our extended family.
Even "if" we could save a few dollars yearly we would give up a lot more than the little gain.
The friendliness, the family feeling when I work through the front door, needing to ask a question or have something looked into, going the extra mile, visiting the MVR on our behalf, and etc.
