The in office experience was beyond unprofessional. I understand there are days when someone is not at their best, however, Ms. Austin made zero effort to help me. I visited the office for an auto insurance quote and she stated " I need your current policy in order to provide a quote." BS!
What if I was a newly licensed driver?! Obviously a current policy would not be available under those circumstances.
Her approach was a flat out refusal to do her job. Beware.

Now the long….I have been with Agnitti for years and they are some of the finest people you will work with. They are fully knowledgable of all things insurance. They are incredibly helpful when making changes to insurance and will look out for you if there are increases. My insurance went up $3000 this year, Courtney was able to switch me over to a better insurance company for much less money for both homeowners and auto.
Along with this, the Agnitti family is involved deeply in local charities such as Boy Scouts. That is giving back which is so important.
So to recap, this is a friendly, knowledgable, judicious, caring group of people who will take incredible care of you.
