I do not understand how people have insurance without an agent. Dowling is one of if not the best agency going. In a world where customer service is not considered important Dowling rises above the rest and remembers the importance of taking care of their customers. Shannon is beyond helpful. I don't know what I would do without her and Dowling in general. I never worry about anything when it comes to insurance because of Dowling. I had a horrible accident a month ago. Shannon took care of everything for me. Do not hesitate to contact Dowling if you are looking for an agent.

The employees at Dowling are wonderful. No matter how silly your question may be, they never make you feel that it's less than top priority. They are knowledgeable, patient, friendly and efficient. And I feel that they are on my side as far as costs, coverages, etc. - and that's not true of every insurance agency. It's simply a joy to do business with them!
