Very professional. Outstanding tax and financial services. Highly recommend.
Edit 2025: As always, my taxes were done quickly and efficiently. The front staff are excellent to deal with. They have a new drop-off service, where you drop off your paperwork and they notify you when they are done. We have been going to Smith Financial for at least 20 years and they have been exceptional.

I was looking for a new tax prep service a few years ago & Crissy was recommended by a few friends in Taunton . I had a great experience right from the 1st appt (2021) as she’s very accessible & knowledgeable which definitely makes the tax season process enjoyable & stress free … I also need to recognize Emily @ the front desk who is friendly & welcoming when you arrive .

Great experience! This was my first year using their services but they were Super knowledgeable answered all my questions (and I had some pretty dumb questions) I dealt with Dan mostly but really nice guy I'd definitely recommend to anyone. try them before the chain places that just push you through and don't try to help you make sense of what is going on.also the woman at the front desk was very attentive and she explained the entire process to me, over all great company to do business with plus they are a small local business we should all help support them its much more personable and pleasant experience with people who are also community neighbors

Went to their accounting firm last year. Unfortunately due to an issue I had with an existing accountant, I needed additional support to solve my business tax issue. However after meeting for my original consultation and a few emails, I was completely ignored and forced to go to another firm.
