I went to turn in my recertification for EBT and was helped by this lovely lady named Leslie, not only did she go over my paperwork and helped me scan it to the main office but also gave me all this info about the extra benefits that I was entitled to. I am happy to report that customer service is alive and well at SMOC thanks to Leslie. #1 Customer Service Representative.🌟👏

Dishonest on their reports and they violate service agreements, if your ex's attorney recommends this place do not agree to go here because it's a trap to try and create negative information against you.

This is not a therapeutic environment, they will wand you down and treat you like you're a vile human being.

When you bring in a ages 8 and up science kit, they terminate your visitation alleging you brought a "weapon", but allow you to be with your children with multiple pairs of 6 inch metal scissors nearby.

Shame on me for expecting unbiased and non prejudical treatment from Kidspace, they're just another party to the criminal enterprise ring called "Family and Probate Court".

This, Housing Authority is one of the worst ones in Massachusetts. Let’s start with the top that’s why the bottom is so shaky and disruptive. No one ever answers the phones at this place but they are receptionist’s that sit there and treat people so rudely when they enter the building. No wonder why the phones don’t get answered, the section8 workers are all at home eating bonbons. I don’t know who their supervisor is. There’s no supervision in this place whatsoever.

They bury the truth, they blackmail clients to keep quiet so there lack of of everything is covered. There's been lude and lasivios behavior, Bullying by so called staff. I was blackmailed myself by fijerique and Adam and some useless so called director.

My mother applied for fuel assistance 9-10 months ago though social services in our town and was referred to SMOC, she was approved almost immediately but the quantity of money has just been sitting in an account since then resulting in harassing phone call from her fuel provider saying she owes money. Nobody's ever in the office or return calls it's very frustrating and give her the idea that this company is essentially useless especially for people in need of assistance those things usually can't wait. This company is playing with people's lives in my opinion
