I did not set up an appointment yet they took me in. I rescue puppies and this puppy was running a fever. I got antibiotics for puppy, flea pill, pain medicine, and ointment for mange. I love the prices!!! Thank you Chinle Veterinary Clinic. They were nice, super helpful they wrote down every step, times, dates, and dosage per prescription. They even made check off boxes as a reminder for me.

If you are traveling a long distance it's best to call them first, make sure they aren't on travel, or make sure someone is in the office. I drove from Window Rock, turns out they were at a meeting in Window Rock, she sent me a text message but my phone is very spotty in areas while enroute to Chinle. Didn't get message & phone call till I was at their yard. She told me to meet her at the Ag Office in Window Rock, so dog & I raced back to Window Rock to get her last puppy shot. Dog got her shot in Window Rock after all. BTW this appointment was made well in advance.

It is great to call this vet clinic and have a person answer the phone each time I've called in the post week. Yesterday, 08/29, we were unable to locate the vet clinic in Tuba City, and the person who answered the phone was gracious and helpful enough to stay on the phone helping us to find the 'green' building. Much appreciation to her and her assistance even tho I'm sure she was busy. "Thank you so much"!!

I called on 2/13/23 @ 10:35am to find out about Financial Assistant because some people can't afford to spay/neuter pets that roam on to your property because people just drop their pets (dogs) off and it becomes your problem plus not having transportation to travel to the big city (ABQ/Farmington or Gallup). The lady I spoke to wasn't helpful. I asked her for names/numbers. She said they don't have numbers of Vendors that support them ?. I'm appalled that some of these services that the Tribe supposed to provide to members are NOT helpful. They give you the run arounds or they DON'T make an effort to go the extra mile to help you. No wonder people complain about Tribal Entities and their Customer Services. I'm NOT asking for much. Just a lead, contact numbers. And please make every effort to be polite and kind because what IF it was you on the other side. There's an Ordinance for spay/neuter for The Navajo Nation. How are we supposed to resolve the issue of over population of kittens and puppies when you request for Financial Assistance because not everyone can afford the cost but you're told (I don't have their phone numbers).

I've never been to facility. I called them to report a pack of dogs chasing a very young colt. the young man I spoke with was very helpful and assured me, he would look into matter and speak with other witnesses to pursuit

Spay & neuter available but need to make appointment and deposit. Harold Vet. Tech great with canines. We utilized vaccinations, rabies, and deworming for our four-legged family member. They have debit card to pay for services.

No vet but technician knew what he was doing. He made sure he confirmed with vet, if needed, before giving advice. Was happy I was able to take my lamb only 30 miles instead of 70+ miles.
