EMJ is a entity that is down to earth and extremely professional. I understand some things pretty easily but tax law can be a daunting subject to grasp. Working with Liz, I have gotten a better understanding of tax laws, credits and allowances. I started working with Liz back in 2017 when the IRS notified me I owed them money from 2014. If you are not scared of the IRS, you are brave but should be. Having Liz on my side, enables me to sleep better at night plus I can text her for free advice or tax law explanations 🙂 . I also recently started a business that Liz help me incorporate while giving me advice on how to capitalize on tax breaks and write offs. - customer service has been amazing (nice mixture of the reality of your financial situation combined with actionable steps on how to remedy when needed).
- newsletter with monthly updates to tax code and other relevant issues (
- the presentation of prepared documents in a friendly, clear, organized manner for easy archival/retrieval

Cons:
- we haven't found a way to clone her and the teams' awesome service!
