I think they are fantastic. They work with you . Very professional yet very friendly. Anyone asks me about them I would definitely tell them I feel they are a number one insurance company to go to. I had a homeowners policy and an auto policy with this outfit for a little over 1 year. When I was in the process of buying a new vehicle in Schenectady NY, the dealership contacted Lianne at MountainOne for the simple process of adding my new vehicle to my existing policy. This is something that takes minutes at every insurance company I've ever dealt with. After two hours of trying to get the business at hand finished, closing time for MountainOne (4:30 pm) was approaching. At 4:25 the simple transition was still not complete. I listened as representatives for the dealership pleaded with Lianne to stay on the line for 5 more minutes to finish the transaction. I listened as they made it clear to her that a mutual customer (me) was over 60 miles from home and would be stranded if the transaction was not completed that day. The pleas meant nothing to Leanne. Her response was "Well have to finish this up tomorrow" and promptly hung up leaving me stranded an hour and a half from my home. I am spending my day today finding new policies for my home and cars.

Mountain One is a phenomenal insurance agency. We had an auto accident and Alison, who is their dedicated claims manager, did a tremendous job of helping us and walking us through the process. After the accident the auto insurance carrier sent us a letter that our insurance rates would increase almost $1,000. Margherita and her team marketed our account. Not only did our rates not increase, she was able to find us an A rated carrier that saved us around $2,000. This insurance agency is very professional and highly recommended.

I have had the same insurance company for 16 years and consistently shop my rates. I thought there was no way they could save me any money. Well Mountain One, Martha, and her crew completely surprised me. I saved $700 a year on my bundle with more extensive and understandable coverage. I have recommended all of my family and friends, they have also received the same great customer service, education, and savings. Try them out, you wont regret it.

I thought I was paying too much for my car insurance through Liberty Mutual. I got a free quote from Marissa and Martha at mountain one. They cut my bill in half. Thank you ladies so much for saving me so much money!!! I recommend everyone to give these ladies a call and see if they can save you money on your insurance. They also do renters and homeowners!!!
