Matt Ambar is a class act and extremely skilled. He kept generating me quotes, even when I requested a ton of revisions and hypotheticals. He answered every question, was super quick to respond to email and found me the best quote possible for my car - and I tried a dozen different insurance agents. His quote beat them ten-fold. Sandy Duarte is the best. She was friendly on the phone and responded to all my email inquiries immediately. She answered all my questions and concerns and made my experience fast and painless. Can’t say enough great things about Sandy Duarte at FB Insure New Bedford office! I needed insurance for my new home and she was so helpful and very informative. I was referred to this agency by my daughter who has been with them for 20 years. I was connected to Sandy and she did a tremendous job in getting me a binder for apartment insurance which was required for the apartment. I leased in a very short time.
