Very knowledgeable and helpful. Recently went through an accident with our son. The other party was fully non-responsive to all forms of contact, insurance, police, etc. Shire City was very helpful while Mapfre was not.

Jim Nelson mishandled an issue with my Mother's account by using an incorrect phone number that he had maintained in their record. When unable to contact her he made no effort to pick up the phone book to verify the number. He did not return two separate phone calls to straighten out the problem so i took care of it myself. Not returning phone calls? B-A-A-D service!!!!!
