The staff in the office is very warm and welcoming, they were able to help me learn and understand. They were able to help me learn the differences of what I needed and did not need. It was good in the beginning. Once my insurance needs became more complex, the agent i dealt with started to be hard to communicate with, inefficient, and unprofessional. The policy that I wanted to cancel was not canceled. The policy that I wanted to keep was canceled. Once i found out about this, the agent stopped responding. Waiting to see if the mistakes ever incur any penalties

Terrible Service.

Initially quoted $4700 for my premium then I get sent a bill for $7000. I cancel my policy and they charge me $860. Now the broker dodges my calls and hangs up when I get a hold of him.

I called two days in a row and requested a quote and both times I was told I would receive a call back by the end of the day, this is a week later now, I’ve still never heard back from them. They don’t speak to you when you call they just take your information and say someone will get back to you. Don’t waste your time.
