I reached out to Wheeler & Taylor to get a quote for my auto & homeowner's policies. After initially sending over my information and a quick chat on the phone with an agent, it took well over a month of unanswered emails and phone calls for them to get back to me with a quote. In the meantime I called Greylock Insurance, who had a quote ready for me the next day. I can't imagine trying to file a claim and dealing with something like this. Needless to say it did not leave a good impression on me and I would advise anyone else shopping for insurance right now to look elsewhere unless you have a lot of time to kill.
