This insurance company was highly recommended to me. I have had nothing but problems with them. They definitely do not have the small home town touch you might expect. Their bundles are confusing and very misleading. I had to cancel the renters as it did not bring down my auto insurance. Josh, at the desk, is little help and has you do all the work. In all my years of insurance the claims process was not left to me to call and negotiate with the other drivers insurance. They are horrible. It is too close to the holidays to change insurance but you can bet it is definitely my New Years Resolution. Go with a big company who has lots of experience with all sorts of claims. Beware!
