Great service! Friendly agents! Al is the best he has been my insurance guy for many year now and he has been soooo beyond helpful to me. According to Jim Crowley, owner of Holbrook Insurance Center, his philosophy in running the business is “Making It Easy and Easy Is Better.”. My family has bundled our home and auto insurance with Holbrook Insurance since we switched a couple of years ago. We have been happy with our decision. I have worked with Al Seronick the last 12 or so years, from the time I had my first car. My dad worked with him and he and I have had nothing but exceptional service from Al. He has always gone above and beyond to find me the best deal on vehicle insurance, save me money where he can, and offers great customer service. Recently, he has been in constant communication as I am looking for a new vehicle insurance provider and even offered to go in on his day off to finalize the deal for me. If that doesn't prove superior customer service and guaranteed satisfaction, then I don't know what does. I highly recommend seeing Al for your insurance needs- he's a super nice guy, and I can't say enough good things about him. Thanks for everything you have done for my dad and I, Al!

away from Holbrook Insurance Company. I’ve spoken to Paul Gordon and was interested in getting a quote from them. He wasn’t pleasant to work with in the first place. He didn’t want to listen to me; rather he was rushing to end the conversation. After the conversation on Friday, he asked me to e-mail him my information and he will get back to me on Monday. I’ve requested him to send me a receipt confirmation of my e-mail and he never confirmed whether he received my e-mail. I’ve checked the e-mail address and I make sure that I sent the information to the correct address.
Since I didn’t hear from Paul I called him and left several messages. He never returned my calls or followed up to my e-mail. I always knew that insurance agents are very pleasant and they are eager to find clients. After talking to Paul I realized, he doesn’t care about clients and what they think. In the event he was busy, he should have connected me with someone else from the company. Paul is not reliable and I believe you can tell from his behavior that Holbrook Company as a whole is not professional and they will not look after their clients when an accident happens. Stay away from this company and particularly from Paul Gordon.
