Was a member here for 20 yrs .
Very poor customer service !
I have a great credit score , a good income , with no large outstanding debts. I asked the Worcester Credit union for a 5 thousand dollars loan
,and got denied. I joined a new local Credit Union in my town , applied for a 10 thousand dollar loan, and had it within a week !
I (immediately ) pulled all my finances out of the Worcester Credit Union ,and put it in my New Credit union..

I helped my son to purchase an engagement ring. I was going to be over my daily limit so I called first to raise it. They said it would take 5 minutes. 30 minutes later my card was declined. I called again, repeatedly. When someone finally answered I again explained what I was using the card for, the name of the business, the amount I was going to be spending, and verified all my personal details. After another 30 minutes the transaction was attempted again and this time went through. Cool. Then the next day I got a voicemail from the fraud department that a suspicious purchase was made with my card and now my account has been frozen. WCU, get yourself together.
