I have been with Berlin insurance Group for a few years now. The process to switch from my previous agent was easier than expected and with the money I saved I wished I had done it sooner. I simply provided details of the coverage on my car, motorcycles and home and soon after they provide me with quotes that saved me hundreds across board. One might think that a potential customer might get the extra special attention to make the sale but that's not the case with Berlin that same level of service is constant. On two occasions since I have needed modifications to my policies and my experience was at the same level. In my last experience I called on a Monday morning and spoke with Deanna, told her I needed to transfer insurance to a new vehicle. She was responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with the experience and the service the team at Berlin Insurance group provides.

This is my second year, working with Sabrina. Both years have been outstanding because she has incredible follow-through skill, as well as being a pleasure to work with.
