We have been working with CINCH for a few years now for our business here in Worcester. We have a fairly large office and about 10 active employees. They are always monitoring our IT (laptops, phones, internet, printers, etc.) and ensure we are set up for success. If we ever need any help - they respond to tickets within minutes and problems are solved easily with knowledge and care. I can't say enough good things about the team at CINCH and highly recommend for all your IT needs!

From November, 2024: I use Cinch IT through my employer regularly. They are always prompt, professional, polite, and friendly, and my problems get solved quickly and consistently. I appreciate that their staff talks me through what they're doing and explains the problem as well as the solution in terms I understand, helping me avoid future issues if they can, too. I also appreciate that they follow up to be sure I am satisfied. I highly recommend Cinch IT!
