I can’t say enough good things about Witman Properties! I have lived at 251 N. Washington St. for over 2 years now and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! Their maintenance of the property is outstanding! Not only are the lawns cut regularly, but today the maintenance crew were gathering up leaves with a leaf blower. Now, keep in mind, between the 3 buildings the property is well over the length of a football field and just as much wide. So we're talking thousands of leaves here. The time and effort put in to this shows just how much Witman Properties cares!

And whenever there’s a snowstorm, Witman sends people right out to clear the parking lot and shovels off everyone’s walkways and steps for those who live on the second floor. And puts salt down.

The rent is really reasonable and the heating system (baseboard) is phenomenal! I have been in other homes and apartments with other heating systems and I have to say this is the best system l've seen and it has zone controls for each room!

The people running this company are fantastic! Whenever I have a question they (specifically Ray Spear) get back to me quickly and are very polite and helpful. Witman does a great job of communicating with their tenants.

Here’s an example of how good this company is. When I first got here, the light in the hallway of my building was out, so I put in a maintenance request thinking, oh, it'll be a while before they do anything. Uhhh...No! That light was fixed the next day!

Speaking of lights, the property is well lit all the way around all of the buildings. And I feel very safe walking my dog all around the property. Yes, they allow dogs and cats.

I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone thinking of renting an apartment from this company! I know I will be here a long time, that's for sure! Attached is a pic of this beautiful property right now after the maintenance crew took care of the leaves.

Before covid you can walk in there but after coven now you got to do it online and they don't like like it's impossible to fill out that application do you make three times the rent bro I have section 8. The questions are ridiculous so that you don't get help from an actual person you get help from the Internet why don't you people get it together.

Boy you're quick to handle anything. I had to do nothing but see everything being done by WP to my 6 unit building. I just do nothing but enjoy the fruits of your labor for me. WP does everything that comes up.

I'm so happy I hired whitman properties to trim the overgrown bushes in my yard. Everything about working with them was easy from start to finish. Communication was great, the quote was affordable compared to others I called, scheduling was quick and the billing process was smooth. The landscaping crew was professional, very well mannered, happy and courteous. They even took direction from me when I asked them to cut the bush lower than they had. They cleaned up all the trimmings beautifully. They even cut a thick vine that was too thick for my weed wacker and had started growing into my chain link fence without me having to ask them. They obviously take pride in their work. You can tell management puts a lot of thought into their systems to make sure everything runs efficiently on all ends for the admins, the team, and the customers. Choose them, trust you're in good hands, the price is good, and never worry about a thing!

Terrible experience. Really bad communication. Landscaping forgot my property twice. Manager forgot to renew one of the unit’s lease, charged me for an inspection that was never done, once I fired them, how they are taking their sweet time to send me escrow smh.
