I’ve been with Encharter Insurance for a couple of years now and the transition between my previous insurance and this one was so easy! Amberlee took care of me and my partner right away. She helped us combine our separate insurances and got us on a policy that made more sense for our family. Amberlee has been our go-to at Encharter, she’s helped us in several ways when we moved, switched vehicles as well as with a name change shortly after our marriage. I had reached out to try to change a couple of things including the name and it wasn’t taken care of immediately. We got a hold of Amberlee and she was able to fix our issues within an hour. This review should just be about how helpful and great our experiences are working with Amberlee!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't let the stars fool you. Joseph is an utter disgrace of a person and extremely impolite. He refused to change any terms on the insurance. We asked for the supervisor, and he got up and went around then came up and told us the supervisor is not in the office. I'm pretty sure he never informed the supervisor. I got the same insurance on my terms with a 20 minutes call. Do not waste your time with this company.

Upon a referral from a neighbor, I recently changed my insurance
carrier and agent to switch to Encharter Insurance. Agent. Amber Lee Bey
was personable, knowledgeable & professional. The biggest plus
was the several hundred dollars in savings I received which included extra coverage amounts. I highly recommend for anyone to consider Encharter Insurance Agency
for all their insurance needs.

I've been shopping around with insurances trying to see if I can get a lower rate after being on the same plan for some years with MAPFRE. These ruffians had the audacity to quote me a $12,000 policy ($1000/mo) for minimal state coverage on a financed vehicle. The same insurance company these bombastic buffoons used to generate my quote had previously quoted me the same coverage for less than 20% of that figure. Well done, Thomas Wheeler in sales, you cooked up an excellent deal.

I reached out for a quote after our premium was set to increase by $400 with no accidents or tickets and a safe driving rating from that company. Erinn was able to get us a yearly quote that beat what we were paying before the increase and miles better coverage! I asked about renters insurance as well and our coverage has tripled for maybe an extra $50 a year? Completely worth it with how much the cost of everything has gone up. I 100% recommend reaching out to Encharter see how much money you can save.
