Banc Insurance branch in agawam ma failed to file my paperwork for my vehicle correctly. They filed the initial paperwork for my registration but failed to do anything after that. When I called and questioned them 6 months later after noticing the vehicle was not listed on my policy, they played phone games. Dodged my questions, played dumb on the phone. Next thing I know they're sending $600 worth of back payments on my card. When you try to call them they send you to safeco who can't help you because it's a branch issue. Never do business with this company, they're shady, and they seemingly can't complete paperwork correctly. I have tried to contact the agency directly many times, they don't have any way to call them direct through any public numbers

Terrible company. One of the agents, Lisa Deedy (under name Northpointe Insurance Agency) misquoted and negligently stayed I had insurance coverage on two investment properties. When we went to close, found out that Insuritas could not provide coverage they promised. Almost lost our entire $100k investment because of this company’s negligence.
