Rich Wackell and Wackell Insurance is a true class act agency. Having previous poor interactions with my current insurance agency, I approached Rich to review my current coverage and costs in the event of switching to his agency. Rich confirmed that I did have the proper coverage (in most areas, as he was able to recommend a few areas to make sure more coverage was included!) but also went the extra mile to say that my current costs were actually cheaper than his firm could offer in their policies, therefore, it was best to stay put where I was. I'd simply be paying more to move to his agency. His honesty in this matter meant SO much and showed so much about the care that Rich puts into every interaction but truly only wanting the best for every client. Thank you Rich for this utmost trust in you and your expertise in the Insurance agency, but giving me the peace of mind I have not been able to find in other agencys.
