I've always been pleased working with Banas & Fickert Insurance. Mike is a great guy and will work very hard to get you what you're looking for. Jennifer is also a pleasure to deal with. I might have moved away from Easthampton, but Banas and Fickert will always be my go to for any insurance.

Mike is Great! Whenever we have an insurance question he is available and knowledgable and helped us out in tough situations. Our parked car was hit last summer with significant damage. The other drivers insurance company was very difficult to deal with both for us and for the person who hit us. The repair shop even said "Oh, they are horrible to deal with." Their company didn't think they should pay for damage suffered to a parked car with a police report and driver admission. Mike and his team were able to sort everything out. I have been impressed that the companies Banas and Fickert suggests have always provided a top notch experience and been easy to deal with as well as being reasonably priced. I don't think about insurance until I need it and when I do it has usually been in a stressful situation. Mike and his providers have always eased the tension of difficult situations.
