If I could give this company 0 or even negative stars I would! I have never had such difficulty getting a financial institution to hand over my funds. Seriously it took over a month! I have spent hours on the phone with my financial advisor and various idiots from MML including a woman named Ashley who left us on hold over nearly an hour before hanging up on us. Another employee told me he would call me to confirm that the funds were being sent and never bothered to follow through on that. I withdrew my authorization for them to automatically withdraw money from my bank account back in April it is now July and I just got a piece of mail telling me that they tried to withdrawal funds in June and were unable to do so. So glad I told my bank to block their withdrawals. This company will lie through their teeth and steal from you if they can. Do not let these criminals get their hands on your money!!!

I contacted MassMutual to request a Surrender form, and long story short was told it would take 5-days for them to fax the form to me. When I still had not received the form on the 6th business day following my initial call, I was told that the way they counted the days, I was still on my 5th day and I would receive the forms sometime that day. I did not receive the fax until the next morning. They were supposed to have mailed it out 2-months ago. If you die or want to convert your policy, good luck getting any cooperation from MassMutual.

ZERO STARS! As indicated on my MML activity report, withdrawal on 2/28/2019. It's now 4/1/2019 and still no check! Very frustrating!!!
Also, I called MML today and they could not verify that any 3 of our authorized names were even on the verified account. Called the MML broker directly and his mailbox was FULL!

I want to transfer to another investment service but the CPNRI pooled disability trust which uses MML is telling us that we can't due to protection of our disabled son.
To make matters worse, the Fidelity fund increased during March, but our son's fund was stuck for a month in funds paid to Bank of RI, which we do not have any accounts.
Never trust your money with MML due to their incompetence, untimely service, and lack of communication.

Disgusting! My registered rep quit MML and I was never notified. I only found out six months later when he contacted me and wanted me to move my money to his new company. Meanwhile my statements from MML shill had his name on them.

Then the same thing others complain about, long waits on the phone and cant get a straight answer out of MML. It took half a year to get my money.

In addition they charge huge fees for a personal advisor that was not even there.

I do not understand why anyone would do business with someone who rips off contractors working on his house. I have done work for Brent Wentzell and have not been paid for work that he attested to that was complete and installed in a quality manner. The man is not reputable.

They aren't very helpful. I couldn't get a face-to-face with my advisor for three months. That's pretty bad.
