Found Michael Ruger's YouTube and blog post regarding inherited IRA's. He gave a more clear and understanding explanation of the 10-year Rule and Designated Eligible Beneficiaries. His posts are more current than any others I found. Michael also responded to my inquiry within 24 hours; which surprised me since I was expecting a later response since I sent my message so close to April 15, assuming he would be busy assisting his paying clients in preparation of tax day and with questions regarding the current bouncing of the stock markets.

Mr. Michael Ruger's explanations of certain financial situations on the Greenbush Financial website are invaluable! This information is publicly available and well worth the read.
