The Fayetteville store is fantastic! Organized, clean, well stocked, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The couple gentleman behind the gun counter were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with their eager to engage and speak with customers.
Unlike the Rogers store with staff being rude and disrespectful especially some guy named Todd, I go out of my way to go to the Fayetteville store now because the manger and staff is excellent. I wound not shop at Academy if it weren’t for the Fayetteville store. Great job team. This should be a prime example store of how Academy should be and feel like. Fayetteville Academy for the win!!

I apparently had a brain aneurysm and decided to stop by Academy. I mean, I know they are going to charge 3x as much for a shirt, but I wanted some selectable dumbbells.

The entire fitness area, the first place you pass on the left, complete disarray. I did manage to find two boxes on the floor, in different areas. Did either of them have a price? No.

Were the prices anywhere to be found? No.

Were there lots of other pieces that had no prices? Yes.

Went to go find a customer service agent for a price check. Ha.

I dont know why I come here. I've tried various times over the last 4 or 5 years and never can get what I'm looking for, or if I do, it's waaaaaaaay overpriced.

Maybe this note will help remind me not to waste my time.

Go buy your trampoline here 3 days before Christmas that’s what I did anyways
It worked out perfectly it wasn’t a total piece of junk with a weird brand from Amazon this has happened multiple times on amazon secretly Temu or Ali express junk! I understand most is from China but QC and being able to understand instructions really help in general
price seemed to be competitive
I’m happy the boys happy
We jump on the trampoline it’s fun!

Cashiers greet you with a ‘sup’ and respond to questions with a ‘k.’ They also work at registers but do not turn on their light leaving you to question whether or not they are actually open to allowing you visit their register. Additionally, when confronted with a problem they are highly averse to helping. Only go to this store in extreme emergencies due to incompetence. Thankfully I don’t have too many sport sock emergencies so I’ll be staying clear.

Cashiers were genuinely so rude, I interacted with two and they both rolled their eyes at me and were very short. I saw one of them being rude to another customer behind me as well. Also there were zero associates to be found when I needed help with something, I even walked around trying to find someone.

i purchased a legend 350 gun from academy a salesman DAN the man lied told me the gun scope was mounted and bore sighted when i shot gun the scope was lose the scope rings was lose i came to the store the two salesman that was there told me that they had told DAN the man to not to tell people that. it cost me at least $ 50.00 driving to get tools to tighten the scope and the shells i shot before i found out that scope was lose one box of shells 38.00 and 12.00 gas driving back and forth getting tools to tighten the scope

Nick in Apparel is an awesome human being. I was shopping a Doordash Christmas order for a customer and was completely lost. Nick searched for like 20 minutes for the specific shorts the customer needed until he found them. Nick made my day and he made someone's Christmas.
