Have had this agent for over 20 years. Customer service has gone down hill in flames. Sad to say I will be looking for a new agent that can help with my needs I have many policies with this agen and Tamy just doesn't care about her customers anymore. I can't get threw to upper management. Tried to pickup my paper work at hudson location that is 3 minutes from me and I was told no I could not she would mail it to me . No use for this company anymore please look elsewhere.

It's sad you think I'm a threat when all o was doing was trying to find out why after 20+ years you refuse to help you customers in the ways you have in the past. Any person would be upset 😡 at the way they were treated and talked to with no respect for their long loyalty with the company. Obviously they have gone in a different direction away from customer service. Sad to say 😞 this was once a great place to do business. But I will not be treated or portrayed as a terrible person. All i wanted was help and answers and was treated like I didn't matter.

Just miserable. Have had this company for twenty years or more. Hardly anyone is ever in the office. No one ever answers the phone and Tammy just doesn’t give a damn about the clients. I have moved on.
